Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Worn footwear
- Items marked as final sale
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@Zorento.store with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
